A Houston-area police officer has died while on duty for the second time this past week and everyone in Texas seems to be getting alerts on the suspect. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Blue Alert for the person suspected in her death.

Tavores Dewayne Henderson, 21, is wanted in connection to this case. He is a Black male, 5′ 7″, 130 pounds. He may be armed.

According to a report, Nassau Bay Police Sergeant Kaila Sullivan, 43, was killed during a traffic stop Tuesday night. Authorities say that Sullivan and other officers were trying to make an arrest when the suspect resisted and drove away, striking Sullivan.

Anyone with details on the whereabouts of Henderson should contact law enforcement immediately. Do not approach the suspect yourself.
