Marijuana Found to Possibly Prevent Alzheimer’s

I seem to recall, from my younger days, that pot made one a tad forgetful.  Who am I to argue with science?  Researchers in California found that THC, which is marijuana’s most active ingredient, prevents the neurotransmitter acetylcholine from breaking down better than prescription drugs.  I hear nicotine is also an Alzheimer’s preventative.
